Ways To Add A Video To PowerPoint

Adding videos to your PowerPoint presentations can make them more engaging and dynamic. There are several ways to insert videos into PowerPoint slides.

Insert Video from Your Computer

  1. Open PowerPoint and navigate to the slide where you want to add the video
  2. Click the Insert tab and select Video > Video from My PC

Using Clip Organizer allows you to quickly reuse videos across multiple slides and presentations.

Record Video Directly in PowerPoint

PowerPoint also lets you record videos directly from your webcam:

  1. Click the Insert tab and choose Screen Recording > Record Video
  2. Customize recording options in the menu bar
  3. Click Record and narrate your video
  4. Stop recording when done and insert the clip directly to the slide
