- Open your Google Slides presentation that you want to print with notes.
- Click on “File” in the top menu and select “Print settings and preview”.
- In the toolbar that appears, click on the drop-down menu next to “1 slide without notes” and select “1 slide with notes”. This will enable printing one slide per page along with the speaker notes.
- You can also choose to hide the slide background to save ink when printing. Toggle on the “Hide background” option for this.
- Additionally, you can include any slides you may have skipped/hidden. Check the “Include skipped slides” option to print them as well.
- Once you have configured the print settings, click on “Print” to send the slides to the printer. Or click “Download as PDF” to save it as a PDF file instead.
That’s it! Your Google Slides will now print with the speaker notes included. The notes will print below each individual slide.
Some key things to note:
- You must select the “1 slide with notes” option to enable printing speaker notes.
- Use portrait orientation for printing notes under slides.
